General Context

As part of the effort to streamline the agreement management process and the overall Sales Proces, Valio Aimo’s initaitive is to implement a single tool to standardize the process leveraging the new Pricing System.

The goal of this project is to:

  1. Implement a CPQ Solution capable of managing multiple product lines and Detect common ways of processing information through existing systems and application and reuse it

  2. Automate manual steps in the process by promoting the existing Pricing data and API usage.

  3. Take into account the specifics of the overall solution

Zilliant CPQ has been chosen as the solution to implement and support this new sales process as Zilliant Price Manager and Price IQ are already in place to manage pricing process within Valio Aimo.

Zilliant CPQ provides three main componenents to support this:

  • Embeded CRM : This tool will help manage customers and their related opportunitiées, quotes and agreements,

  • CPQ Features : This component is the key element to support: Quoting process, product and price setting, sales approval and document generation

  • API and System Integration: Zilliant CPQ offers extensive integration capabilities with external systems, particularly with Price Manager.
