Product related information in line items

When a product is added to the Quote line, certain information is automatically retrieved from the product record, besides the product ID and its description:

• Product Group ID

• VAT

• Supplier ID

• Valio Aimo Trading

Additional information to characterise the product is entered at the Quote Line level, namely:

• The group ID:

• The comment field to add additional information about the product.

The diagram below shows the information retrieved from the product into the line item for finished Goods and Product Groups.
