Project Objectives
Valio aims to standardise the Quote to Order process and streamline it it via the existing Pricing AND ERP systems by:
Reducing manual processes
Improve ways of working
Enablement of Sales and Operational teams
Improve data quality
Increased management of agreements

Functioning CPQ solution - providing an end to end process, starting from SAP S4 Hana aligned with the business model
Production of supporting documentation of the system build during the project lifecycle
User manual guides on how the end users can utilise the system to the best of their abilities

Users are able to generate accurate quotes in an automatous way
Seamless data flow across all systems
Positive feedback from UAT testing sessions
Stakeholder signoff on all deliverables
Where are we to date…
Sprint Planning has commenced and resulted in User Stories being assigned to a Sprint review. This provides us with the opportunity to build the story of how the application will be utilised. During the Sprint review sessions you will have the opportunity to review what’s been built and how the functionality ties together.

Project Status
What does this all mean…
Open point are still to be clarified. We are making progress on those that are clarified
Environment issues occurred which affected our progress, they are resolved now
Not all User Stories for Sprint 1 will be ready for the sprint review due the above reason
The SCD has yet to be signed off, this details the design of the system and provides understanding on the design of the application fit with the business
Project budget is on target thus far and currently we don't foresee any changes
Once Sprint 1 review is complete we will go through Sprint 2 planning and produce a plan to support any user stories from the previous sprint which were not completed
For Sprint 1, we will focus on wrapping up the current tasks with the information we have.
We'll make trade-offs where possible to ensure we achieve the best progress for this sprint.
Any user stories that require additional information will be moved to Sprint 3, when we can discuss them with the project team
Sprint 2 will still start on
We will select user stories that we can work on autonomously
We will share this list with you during the Sprint 1 review
We're committed to aligning our efforts with the availability of the Valio project team
This might mean we'll need to adjust the team's workload if we're unable to make progress on certain topics
