Agenda	the agenda is defined and shared by BCS 3 working days before the meeting
Minutes	The minutes are drawn up by BCS within 5 working days. The CR is validated by the parties within 5 working days
Location	The committee can be organized by videoconference, depending on the availability of the parties involved.
