Where are we to date…

We are now in the end of Sprint 5 of the project delivery, which marks the official end of the build phase, and the start of UAT phase (see Timeline & Milestones).

Sprint 5 has been an extra sprint planned to absorb four main things :

  • the challenges related to integration and clarification required for Agreement management

  • continuing migration of the system from Quote component to Agreement component

  • managing the additional changes (minor) that have been included by the valio Team in the scope

  • and unclarified requirements changes.

No direct impact on the overall project as the SAP project has been delayed.

We are a little behind on target but this is normal for where we are and the expectation is we will deliver a first version before end of 2026, and a full deployment by January 2026.

  • We decided to carry on implementing the remaining user stories and additional changes in parallel of the UAT phase, in order not to impat the initial plan.

An additional Soft Go Live period is planned to focus on limited number of sales users to :

  • Test the system in a pilot phase.

  • Anticipate any major issues before the Go live (planned for )

Focus on User Stories

The remaining user stories correponds to minor functionalities that either

  • have been descoped for later developpement after Go Live

  • or will be implemented along wih th additional change requests in parallel of the UAT phase

New Features

Up to date 11 change requests have been raised, 5 have been implemented of into implementation and will be part of the funntionalities to be tested in UAT. the remaining change requests will be prioiritised in the next phase of the projet.

Open Points

the main open points that are in progress (8) are linked to technical issues that BCS team is tackling with Valio engineering Team. the 4 remaining are linked to ongoing business requirements with Valio Team.

Timeline & Milestones

The updated roadmap, taking into account the soft Go Live, brings us to an initial deployment on 8 December. This will be followed by a four-week pilot phase for the a limited number of sales users before the official Go Live on 13 January 2026 for the initially planned four-week hypercare period.

Project Status

What does this all mean…

  • If data recovery is completed by end of this week, the UAT phase can begin on

  • a Deployement to the UAT environement is scheduled to make sure that all validated user stories and changes are available to test.

  • Project budget is on target as Soft Go Live and the additioanl chage requests are to be budget based on time and meterial basis and currently we don't foresee any major over consumption du to these changes.

  • trade-offs have been made to ensure the overall solution is usable during UAT phase

  • Integration topic are still in progress with the Zilliant Price Manager Team, no major issues have been raised untill now.

  • We're committed to aligning our efforts with the availability of the Valio project team
