Where are we to date…
We are now in Sprint 3 of 4 of the project delivery. To date we are a little behind on target but this is normal for where we are and the expectation is we will deliver the project to date. During the Sprint review sessions, the feedback has been positive and new functionality has been identified to help enhance the tool and support the user base.

What does this all mean…
Open point are being clarified weekly and progress continues.
Environment issues occurred which affected our progress are resolved now
We expect most of sprint 3 uses stories to be ready for sprint review
Project budget is on target thus far and currently we don't foresee any changes
We'll make trade-offs where possible to ensure we achieve the best progress for this sprint.
Any user stories that require additional information are now part of Sprint 3, where we can discuss them with the project team
We will select user stories that we can work on autonomously during the holiday period
We're committed to aligning our efforts with the availability of the Valio project team
