2. Project Updates

  • Weekly re occurring meeting set -up completed

  • Build phase begins next week

    • Sprint planning taking place 10/11 June - completed

  • Scope Content Document - 85% complete

    • Aim is to have this completed / signed off by

      • Initial review of the content has taken place

      • Comments have been added and BCS are updating

      • Further reviews being actioned as required, with key people advised

    • There has been some initial scope creep. The work will be reviewed and sized

  • Backlog

    • Start of drafting backlog - completed but this is a ‘live document’ and may change as we progress the build

    • User Stories need to be linked to the SCD - in progress

  • Business SME’s meeting for technical set up and invites sent

    • Attendees agreed. with some invitees removed

  • Action Tracker site - completed (Replacing Project Action Tracker, Excel file)

    • This has been created and will become the place to view all project actions. It will list due dates, who is assigned etc. for both BCS and Valio

  • Zilliant Platform Access

    • Env access for CPQ is all good for BCS

  • Integrations

    • Outstanding data mapping questions needs answering

  • Action tracking page to be created to monitor project actions and responsibilities 13:45

  • Project workshops already completed; only integration workshop pending 19:18

  • Terrence to liaise with Kajia to get attendees and set up project sprints 20:49

  • Omar to document and distribute kickoff meeting materials via web page and project folder 22:34

  • Omar to chase Thomas about critical missing email regarding environment setup for upcoming build 23:54

  • Agreed to continue weekly meetings to track project progress and actions 30:54
