2. Project Updates
New BA joining for both projects - Peter Jarvis to lead both projects due to S4 slippage
Sprint 5 is in the 4th week of the sprint but we may need to extend due to
Missing elements from Valio: Margin Calculator; Through Billing;
Technical Bugs in Valio CPQ, (managed by the team)
Data readiness for UAT phase e etc
UAT is due to start on 10th Nov for 4 weeks (This is a result of the above points)
Training / Soft go live will commence in Dec (date to be agreed)
Initial 4 users onboarded
Soft go live
This was not part of the initial planning for the project and has impacted the project budget
Agreement on Soft go live reached with a Dec date being scheduled
Training will be managed by customer
Due to S4 slippage any quotes will be migrated by customer once S4 operational
Potential S4 go live will occur 15th March (TBC)
Initial Zilliant support can be removed. The development team is dealing directly with the Zilliant support team to manage this work
