Sprint 5 is completed with Client review scheduled for Mon 10th Nov
UAT
Scheduled to start 11th Nov
Margin Calculator - this will be configured in parallel during UAT period alongside any other due to complexity of configuration
Sales rep is able to see the effect of each product group discount on margin to ensure commercial viability
Show margin impact from Head office fees.
Approval is required if the overall quote margin is below target threshold defined by business rules
Through Billing - advised this is no longer required for uat
There are some technical bugs in Valio CPQ, which are being managed by the team and not part of the configuration, we are liaising with Valio to provide the fixes
Data readiness for UAT phase - as yet we have not carried out any data validation. This will be required before commencement of UAT

Past - roadmap below details where we started the build at the beginning of the project
We started the project with 4 planned sprints, aiming for sprint completion by the end of October and UAT starting in November
Present - Roadmap below details where are are today
BCS - created a new sprint 5 to help complete the build configuration requirements to support the client. This extended the project build by 4 weeks (end of October 26th ), which BCS accepted.
Due to missing client information; data; etc. this has impacted the project, meaning UAT is not able to commence until 11th Nov
There are a number of new items requested by the client which has had an impact on the schedule by xx days, which were not taken into account against the original budget
