2. UAT Update
In progress since 11th Nov and running longer than planned
Meeting daily with Tomi and Teemu to investigate and close down the remaining bugs
Still some bugs with Zilliant which we are chasing to get resolved (Pending status)
Margin Calculator developed in parallel with UAT as planned, and is now in QA at BCS
Continuing to resolve bugs and close out UAT as planned, independently of any re-plan for SAP go-live

3. Project Timeline
SAP Go Live pushed back into May; both sides working to determine how we can drive value from CPQ in the interim
UAT was due to complete today to support a soft Go Live on 12th Jan; possible ways forward discussed below

4. Steps Towards Soft Go Live
In order to start the soft go-live, at least the following items must be addressed:
Valio data loaded into CPQ
Reload Customer data with Customer Name field populated
Load all lookup tables
Provide and load a document template for all required languages; current version has a mixture of English and Finnish
System functionality delivers a usable MVP
Both Valio and Zilliant guidance must be working correctly (bugs 598 & 648)
Flagging of Active and Inactive products to be corrected (708)
Complete and test the margin calculation (in QA at BCS)
Resolve the 1 day discrepancy between Price and Cost instances (607, with Zilliant)
Business processes shown to be supported by CPQ
Create an agreement end to end (done)
Approval process end to end (to test)
Net price update process (to test)
Add and delete agreement-specific product lines (to test)
Execute mass product replacements (to test)
System performance is acceptable
Functionality around Product Groups in particular is currently unacceptably slow (691)
Proposed solution is to use a more powerful server in Production
This must be demonstrated before Go Live
Users selected and trained
BCS proposes that we maintain 12th Jan for Soft Go Live and plan the above activities to that date.
BCS further proposes that we and Valio contract on a Time & Materials basis for ongoing support beyond that date.
