2. Progress Summary
Three principal outstanding issues to resolve to deliver an MVP for Soft Go-Live
BCS to implement margin calculations and summary page
Zilliant to resolve three outstanding bugs
Zilliant, supported by BCS, to get the performance of CPQ to an acceptable level
Margin calculations are in progress and targeting
Sessions with Tomi & Teemu yesterday and today to clarify requirements
We expect to have this ready for 23rd Jan date provided that no new requirements appear
CPQ product bugs are estimated to be fixed by 20th Jan
Scripts to update CPQ from Price Manager not running automatically
Date discrepancies on agreement creation, guidance retrieval and publish

Performance
The principal issue is that it was taking 10-15 minutes to add a Product Group. We have implemented some suggestions from Zilliant into the relevant scripts and this has reduced to 3 minutes or less. However, Save now takes 7 minutes. We have shared our scripts with Zilliant and their technical teams are reviewing to identify opportunities for optimisation
Completion of MVP for Soft Go-Live
If there are no further changes required, BCS expects to have the MVP ready, though not yet fully tested, by 23rd Jan.
Performance remains a significant risk, and we are working closely with Zilliant to get it to an acceptable level.
